Stanford Graduate School of Business announces new programmes New DelhiNEW DELHI: Stanford Graduate School of Business has announced two new programmes for professionals in India, focused on honing skills to work in innovative organisations.The online Stanford Innovation and Certificate Programme is available to professionals and entrepreneurs the world over Stanford Ignite, the second course, is an eight-week, part-time certificate programme for professionals in India.Courses will be taught by Stanford faculty, drawing on instructors from the graduate school of business, the engineering school, the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design, as well as Silicon Valley industry leaders.The first programme is led by faculty directors Robert Sutton, a professor of management science and engineering at the School of Engineering, and Hayagreeva Rao, professor of organisational behaviour and human resources at the Graduate School of Business.Stanford Ignite teaches innovators how to formulate, develop, and commercialise their ideas. Participants will learn core business skills and experience working with a team to evaluate and develop ideas into a business plan in the programme, from July 27 to September 15 next year.Registration is open for the first two courses in the first programme on marketing innovations and leading innovation, while online applications for the Stanford Ignite programme will be available from January next year.Information gathered from Internet from Click Here
